Submission on the National Defence Force

Submission by the Democratic Party (DP) regarding the South African National Defence Force (SANDF). This submission should be read together with the first submission of the DP on accountability of the defence forces. It deals with SANDF in relation to the executive, the legislature, the bill of rights and the provinces.
