Submissions of the Freedom Front on Seperation of Powers

This document displays the submission of the Freedom Front dated January 28, 1995 to the Theme Committee 2, Block 1 regarding the seperation of powers. The legislative, executive and judiciary authority and their usage in the constitution along with amendment recommendations can be found in this document. In addition, opinions of the Freedom Front on the role of senate in South Africa as well as their proposal on it is also applicable in this paper.
