Objectives

To achieve a governance system characterised by democratic norms, respect for human rights and political and social inclusion of all groups. Political decision makers better informed and more responsive to democratization, the civil, political and cultural rights of Nepalese people, and inclusion of marginalized and excluded groups. Political parties, parliamentary bodies, government/bureaucracy. Key Areas of Intervention: 1. Intra-party democracy and inclusion. 2. 2. Awareness and capacity among women, youth and other marginalized and excluded groups in constitution making. 3. Constructive engagement of civil society for protection of civil, political & cultural rights. 4. Increased capacity of partner organizations
