Ensure that the constitutional process runs smoothly. The Bolivia Foundation UNIR is to contribute to building a democratic , inclusive and deliberative culture, contributing to the transformation of conflicts in areas of cooperation between the State and society, and within it. This will promote strategic initiatives in the areas of Information, Negotiation, Deliberation and Dialogue taking as keystones multiculturalism, and equity participation. In the Area of deliberation, UNIR and SDC will support the production and dissemination of information papers on key issues for the Constituent Assembly with the participation of journalists and mass media.
