Objectives

Contribute to the holding of free and democratic elections and promote a civic culture based on accountability, transparency and respect for human rights. Educate and mobilize the population during the Congolese electoral process by encouraging especially the participation of women, youth, civil society and institutions of the transition. Component 1 Women and Democracy - Promoting women's rights, education, promotion, fight against violence and legal protection. Component 2 Civil Society and Democratic Development - Promotion of peace and civil liberties. Good Governance - Support for media and youth. Component 3: Governance and Citizenship - Strengthening the links between civil society, government and institutions of the transition. Preparation and holding of seminars, forums for dialogue, support and advice.
