Objectives

Objectives: (i) change the mentality of the zero-sum game that has festered for so long in the country where instability has installed itself nearly in permanence, (ii) build confidence and relationships where mistrust and distance are modi operandi between different ethnic groups and political adversaries, (iii) reconstruct a consensus on the manner in which power is shared and decisions are made after a long period of political transition;
