This document provides note from the CKRC meeting of 16 July 2006 to launch the Commission´s strategiy action plan for the review process. The notes conatain some details of the plan which includes; setting out the organs of the commission, the tasks of the commission and the modus operandi for perfoming those tasks, time table for the completion of the commission's work,  and ndication of resources.
