Preparatory phase. Constitution Project

Preparatory phase of one year programme to create political arenas for key stakeholders in constitutional and electoral processes in Nepal. The preparatory phase is aimed at establishing channels of communication with key participants, identifying key participants and their willingness/ability to participate in dialogues, consulting with the international community with an interest in Nepal, and defining strategies and approaches to carry out the project objectives. The agreement will be managed by the MFA, Oslo, on behalf of the Embassy.
