The International Center for Constitutional Research and Governance (ICCRG)

To provide a forum for information exchange on democracy and constitutionalism and to promote human rights and the rule of law. NED will provide funding to train government officials and law students in the rule of law and engage them in Kenya's process of redrafting the constitution. ICCRG will also organize an annual Constitutional Rights Seminar.
