Preliminary Recommendations of the Commission on Provincial Government (CPG) on Provincial Executive Authorities
According to the Commission on Provincial Government (CPG), new national Constitution should include guideline provisions or generally provide executive structures and procedures that will enable provinces which do not adopt their own constitutions or which omit such matters from their constitution to function effectively. Views of the CPG on separation of powers, provisions relating to premiers, members of the Executive Council and their suggestions about which issues should be reflected into the new constitution can be found in the document.
