Opinions of the African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) on Financial and Fiscal Relations

This document displays the opinions of the African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) on Financial and Fiscal Relations. According to the ACDP, by allowing districts, regions or local communities to control their own finances, better controls can be exercised and larger returns can be expected. A special tax system should be devised which is compatible to the status of a given region, and which corresponds co-efficiently to a tax structure on a national scale.
