Verbatim Report of Plenary Proceedings: Presentation of Draft Bill- Chapter 19 and Chapter 20

This report documents discussions on the presentation of chapters 19 and 20 of the draft bill dealing respectively with Interpretational and, Transitional and Consequential Provisions. Also documented in the report is the motion of Honourable Delegate Apollo Njonjo called during this session to the effect that the CKRC be excluded from taking recess concurrently with the NCC, as the former, though a member of the Conference, remained an organ of the Review Process with a specific legal mandate different from those of organs of the Conference.
