Preliminary Submission from the African National Congress Regarding the Public Service

Preliminary submission by ANC regarding the Public Service. ANC suggests that the new constitution should be less detailed than the interim constitution. The document deals with the characteristics of the public service, for example it is argued that “the public service shall be non-sexist, non-racial and shall serve all the members of the public in an unbiased and impartial manner”.
