A Constitutional Proposal for Uganda by Uganda Constitutional Conference

Proposals of the Uganda Constitutional Conference for the future constitution of Uganda. The Constitutional Conference consisted of 16 general meetings, the last one ratifying this memorandum in 1990. The document deals with issues regarding citizenship, individual rights, local government, parliament, the executive and judiciary, etc. It also includes an introduction discussing the role of a constitution.
