Immunity based on Legislative Role
In some countries, the limits of legislative immunity correspond to legislative work or to the status of being a member of the legislature. For instance, some legislators cannot be prosecuted for certain aspects of their legislative work or when operating in the capacity as a legislator. Others are immune only during the legislative session.
