Civic Education: Possible Topics

With a general reference to the Nepali Constitution Building Process, this document outlines certain issues that should normally be addressed in a civic education campaign during a constitution building process. Among some of the questions raised are; What is a constitution and how do they come about?; What is a Constituent Assembly?; How do they work and what issues do they normally address? etc.
