Constitution Making in Nepal

This document contains a Report of a Conference organized by the Constitution Advisory Support Unit, UNDP, 3 - 4 March 2007 in Kathmandu, Nepal. The report is called Constitution Making in Nepal and is a comprehensive 72 page report that deals with broad issues such as what makes a good constitution making process, interim arrangements, institutions involved in constitution making processes, the constituent assembly. It also addresses issues of diversity, ethnicity and social justice.
