Notes on North Eastern Provincial Visit 3-08-01: Consultative Meeting at Garissa Library

This report provides insight into the consultative meetings held at Garissa Library in the North Eastern Province on the 3rd of August 2001, and designed as part of a broader effort - in the preparatory stages of the constitutional review process - to involve the Kenyan people in the process and inform them on the procedures that will be followed in conducting the review.
