The Constitution of Kenya Review Act, 1997

This document contains some provisions from the 1997 Constitution of Kenya Review Act which provided the legislative framework for the review of the Constitution. In general, the Constitution of Kenya Review Act sets up and defines the mandates of the the various review organs. It also provides the procedure and modalities to govern the review process.
