Affirmative Action

This chapter, from one of the many commission reports produced in the course of the review process, takes a comparative look at affirmative action as a principle. It begins with an examination of its basis and meaning, and how it is used in the current constitution. It then examines the usage of the principle in other constitutions and how it could be incorporated in the new constitution.
