Short version of CKRC report. It descirbes both the constitutional process and the draft constitution in five chapters. Chapter one examines the background to the revision process and the role of the people; while chapters two and three discuss the substance of the draft constitution. Chapters four and five deals with transitional and constitutionality issues.
