Elections Decree, 1996

This is the elections decree of the Republic of the Gambia, 1996. It sets forth regulations and standards concerning appointment of election officers, register of voters, qualifications for registration, registration centers, nomination and election laws, polling stations, obligation to vote at polling station, directions on voting, method of voting, counting of votes, equality of votes, etc.
