Laws of Dominica House of Assembly (Elections) Act Chapter 2:01

This is the Commonnwealth of Dominica elections law. The act specifies rules and regulations concerning elections in the country and among other aspects considers issue of writs for holding elections, uncontested elections, contested election adjournment to take the poll, withdrawals of candidature, taking of poll and the ballot, establishment of polling stations, hours of taking the poll, ballot boxes, restriction on number of candidates for whose election vote may be cast, proceedings at poll, etc.
