Submissions by the Volkstaat Council to the Theme Committees regarding citizenship, language, structures of government, the principles underlying a volkstaat, the nature of the federated provincial system of government, autonomous areas, the nature of local government, equality and the right to life. The submissions also include proposals for the wording in the constitution.
