In Libya, presidential council welcomes agreement by house of representatives and high council of state on 13th constitutional amendment

Muhammed Menfi, head of the Presidential Council, has welcomed the agreement between the House of Representatives and the High Council of State on the 13th amendment to the Constitutional Declaration as a step towards completing the elections in 2023. In a brief statement on [21 March], Menfi urged the two chambers to promptly form the 6 + 6 committee to achieve the targeted consensus.
