In Nepal, lawmakers introduce bill to amend constitutional council

A Bill to amend the Constitutional Council (Functions, Duties, Powers and Procedures) Act, 2010 first time has been presented in a session of the House of Representatives (HoR), the lower house of the Federal Parliament, [19 March]. Minister for Communications and Information Technology Rekha Sharma, on behalf of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, tabled the Bill in a session of the HoR [on 19 March].
