In Jamaica, opposition names representatives to constitutional reform committee

[After the Vale Royal talks on 19 February, the Opposition People's National Party (PNP) named Senator Donna Scott-Mottley and Anthony Hylton to the constitutional reform committee. During the talks,] the government clarified its position on the specific matters of concern to the opposition relating to the planned review of Jamaica’s constitution.
