In Central African Republic, constitutional court upholds law allowing government to organize referendum

President Faustin Archange Touadéra had asked the Court to review the constitutionality of the law. The Court's judgment opens the way for the government to organize a constitutional referendum after similar efforts failed last September.] [...] Héritier Doneng, president of the Republican Front, [shared with reporters that the government hopes to hold a referendum in March.
