Fifth report to the Negotiating Council by the Technical Committee on the Independent Electoral Commission. The first draft of the Independent Electoral Commission Act proposed by the Technical Committee has been discussed by the Negotiating Council. The Technical Committee is now requested to review the existing Electoral Act, significant amendments and to present a new draft.
