In Barbados, government will soon set up constitution review commission

[The] government will soon be setting up a new Constitution Review Commission, says Attorney General Dale Marshall, and he will be making recommendations about its membership to Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley. [...] The Attorney General said a draft Constitution had been prepared and he anticipates intense discussions during the public consultations, which are expected to be held over a 12 to 18-month period. “I hope that before the end of year two of this term, we will be bringing a new Constitution to Parliament,” he stated.
