Cuban supreme court will present bills to legislature in accordance with new constitution

The People's Supreme Court in Cuba must present five bills to the National People's Power Assembly, among them the Bill on Protecting the Constitutional Rights. In December 2019, Cuba's Parliament approved the legislative plan in which organizations and institutions are involved in the presentation of legislative initiatives in accordance with the articles of the new Constitution of the Republic.
