Debate over court reform in Samoa continues

The former Attorney General in Samoa says controversial changes proposed to the courts will help offer cultural solutions the current Westminster model cannot. The Samoa Law Society claimed the government was seeking to pass three bills that would undermine the country's Constitution by removing the judicial primacy of the Supreme Court.
