Submission to the Constitution Court on Behalf of the Reproductive Rights Alliance

Submission by the Reproductive Rights Alliance in response to a number of religious organisations who filed submissions with the Constitutional Court arguing that the guarantee of reproductive health and the right to make decisions concerning reproduction violate the Constitutional Principles.
