Certification of New Constitutional Text: Schedule 5; An Objection to the Certification of the New Constitution

This document includes two submissions objecting to the certification of the new Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. The first submission is by the South African Society of Archivist who argue that archives should be retained as a concurrent national and provincial legislative competence. The second submission is by DF Spangenberg Blur who among other things argues that the new science and systems view of life mind consciousness make the process of dialogical politics, social covenant, shared vision, systems thinking, mental models imperative for South Africa and should be reflected in the Constitution.
