This document includes two submissions. The first submission is by the South African Agricultural Union (SAAU) and the Agricultural Employers' Organisation (AEO), who object to the certification of the new Constitution of the Republic of South Africa since it fails to protect the right to property. The second submission is by South Africa Institute of Race Relations regarding the horizontal application of the Bill of Rights and socio-economic rights.
