Russia, Iran, Turkey in UN talks on Syrian constitution reform

High representatives of the countries acting as guarantors of the ceasefire in Syria – Russia, Iran and Turkey – are meeting in Geneva on Monday to discuss the formation of the Syrian Constitutional Committee with the special envoy of the UN Secretary General for Syria, Staffan de Mistura.
