Notice by the Free Market Foundation of Southern Africa in Terms of Rule 15(3) and Direction 4 of the Directions Issued by the President of the Constitutional Court on 13 May 1996 as Amended by the President's Notice of 19 May 1996

Submission by the Free Market Foundation of Southern Africa objecting to the certification of the new text of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. The objection refers to the horizontal application of the Bill of Rights, property rights, socio-economic rights, independence of the Reserve Bank, collective bargaining and appointment of lay people to courts.
