Theresa May denies Brexit bill attacks Welsh constitution

Theresa May has rejected a claim that her Brexit plans "drive a sledgehammer" through the Welsh constitution. She told MPs the "vast majority" of EU powers in devolved areas would go directly to devolved governments.
