Ukraine's Rada adopts bill on Constitutional Court

The Verkhovna Rada has passed a bill on Constitutional Court of Ukraine. 245 MPs supported the law. The bill introduces the possibility for any citizen to apply to the Constitutional Court with a constitutional complaint. It describes in detail who can file a constitutional complaint and in what order.
