Sri Lanka's PM: Constitution building process cannot stop

Sri Lanka's Prime Minister, Ranil Wickremesinghe, asserted that the process to draft a new Constitution could not stop. The statement followed last week's declaration of the Chief Prelates of the three main Buddhist chapters who decided there was no need for a new Constitution in the country.
