Certification of the Amended Text of the National Constitution: Submissions on Behalf of the Constitutional Assembly

Amended text of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa presented by the Constitutional Assembly to the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Assembly submit that the new text cures all the shortcomings in the original new text and now complies with the constitutional principles.
