Certification Judgement: Opinion

Response to the judgement given by the Constitutional Court on 6 September 1996 where the Constitutional Court held that certain provisions did not comply with the Constitutional Principles. The purpose of the opinion written by the Constitutional Assembly is to identify the provisions concerned and the reasons for which they were held to fall short of the Constitutional Principles. They also comment on the way in which the deficiencies might possibly be cured.
