Op-ed: Will China's president amend Constitution to extend his term?

Chinese President Xi Jinping has increasingly centralized power since taking power at the 18th National Congress in 2012. If he fails to amend the national constitution at the upcoming 19th National Congress to be held this fall, it will be difficult for him to extend power.
