Zambia's government starts identifying parts of the Constitution that require amendment

Zambia's Minister of Justice, Given Lubinda, announced that his Ministry is currently identifying parts of the Constitution which may require revision. He said that this will be an important step for further harmonization of the country's legislation. He further added that he is keen on ensuring that a new and more effective method of administration is reflected in the legislation.
