Guinea Bissau to conduct constitutional reforms after national consultation; ECOWAS, UN to provide experts

Political rivals in the West African state of Guinea Bissau have agreed to allow Prime Minister Baciro Dja to remain in office until 2018 as part of talks to end more than a year of infighting.
