Ukrainian president calls for constitutional amendment on self-determination of Crimean Tatars

<p class="newsHeading">Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has ordered the Constitutional commission to create a working group to draft amendments and addenda to the Constitution regarding the self-determination of Crimean Tatars in the composition of Ukraine.</p><p>The Ukrainian president said this in a speech in Ukraine’s National Opera House during the evening-requiem in memory of victims of genocide of the Crimean Tatar people.</p>
