<p><span>Consultative meeting of the Libyan Constitution Drafting Assembly (CDA) was concluded on Wednesday evening in Salalah by reaching a consensus on the new Libyan Constitution, which is the culmination of extensive UN-sponsored consultations with the support of the Sultanate of Oman.</span></p><p><br><span>The Sultanate hosted the deliberations of consultative meeting of the Libyan CDA, which lasted over three weeks under the aegis of the United Nations (UN) with the aim of approximating viewpoints to reach a final consensus draft constitution that meets ambitions and aspirations of all Libyans.</span></p><p><br><span>Dr. Qasem bin Mohammed Al Salhi, Sultanate’s ambassador to Libya delivered a speech expressing the joy for declaring the draft Libyan constitution from Oman.</span></p>
