Algeria PM says constitutional reform almost complete

<p>Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal reaffirmed Wednesday in Algiers that the project of the Constitution Revision, initiated by President of Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika is "almost completed." </p><p>"The president of the Republic is shall submit it to referendum or to the Parliament," Sellal said on the sidelines of the opening of the People's National Assembly's fall session. </p><p>The revision of the Constitution is one of the priorities of the political reforms decided by the president of the Republic. </p><div></div><p>In 2014, the presidency started a series of consultations with the political parties, national personalities and the organizations of the civil society on a consensus amendment of the Constitution. </p>
