Nepal: New constitution on consensus basis, DPM Singh

<p><span>Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Development Prakash Man Singh, has said that a new constitution would be issued on the consensus basis.</span></p><p><span></span><br><br><span>Speaking in a pinnacle unveiling program to be installed at the temples dedicated to the goddesses Siddhakali, Indrayani and Manakamana here Thursday, he said consensus could be forged even in the questionnaire committee for the consensus based constitution as the door for it has not been closed yet.</span></p>
