Nepal: Rights of all will be addressed in new constitution, Nembang says

<p>Constituent Assembly Chairman Subas&nbsp;Nembang&nbsp;on Wednesday said the new constitution would be issued at the earliest possible time by addressing the rights of indigenous nationalities, women, Madhesi, Dalit and the communities that have remained in the backburner for ages.</p><p>After receiving a memorandum submitted by Dalit Civil Society at his office in Singh Durbar, Chairman&nbsp;Nembang&nbsp;said the socio-economic problems faced by the Dalit community for long would be addressed in the new constitution.</p><p>"The problem of ethnic discrimination and untouchability the Dalit community have been forced to withstand will be resolved for which the issue must be advanced as a common agenda of all political parties, not just of the Dalit community,"&nbsp;Nembang&nbsp;said.</p>
